MIND SET is an interdisciplinary collaborative project between Moveo Dance Company and the Centre for Biomedical Cybernetics, Department of Systems & Control Engineering, that have created a unique dance that connects the audience and dancers.
MIND SET is a contemporary dance performance that allows the audience's thought to influence the dance. This interaction makes every dance unique. Some audience members will have Brain to Computer Interface technology that can read their brain activity. This activity is read by a computer that will influence the visual and audio effects of the performance. The dancers will react and interact with the space's continuously changing atmosphere. In this space all actions, being physical or neurological, can be detected and influence
